The Maryland Shakespeare Festival season runs year round and we are always striving to expand both the reach and breadth of our performances. Please check this calendar regularly for our upcoming productions. We also sponsor events and activities for children, both in school and out, as well as an assortment of events for the community at large. * RY presents Twelfth NightRY presents Twelfth Night
The Riotous Youth program puts the classics in the hands of Maryland youth, teaching them to channel their own truth and experience into Shakespeare’s language and to bring the words alive with the kind of uninhibited energy that only a kid can muster.
Twelfth Night will perform at the Cultural Arts Center in downtown Frederick at 15 West Patrick Street on Friday, May 18th at 8 p.m. and on Saturday, May 19th at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. A post-show discussion with the audience, director, and young actors will follow the Saturday matinee. Tickets are $10. Reserve in advance by calling (301) 668-4090.
